All our DVDs are region 1 plus region free, working worldwide. However, you may find only region 1 logo on the DVD cover sometimes.

We do not guarantee all our DVDs have subtitles. And we do not guarantee the subtitles can be turn off.

Normally 8-10 days. Please find the tracking number at “My Account > Orders”.

  1. For packages < 2Kg: Send by USPS from our warehouse in the United States.
  2. For packages 2-50Kg: Send by Fedex / DHL from our warehouse in Hong Kong.

You’ll receive another auto notification email in 1-2 days, you may need to check your junk box. Another way is visiting My Account for the tracking number.

Please no worry, it’s normal sometimes for the first 3-5 days. And will be there in the last few days of the ETA. However, please feel free to draw us a line if you believe something is wrong there.

Yes, please email us store@dvd-wholesale.com we’ll look into it. Please do not open the dispute or claim from PayPal without contacting. Guarantee the full refund if missing.

We’ll define it a lost if the tracking number did not move over 2 weeks or packages are not delivered in 4 weeks from the date we dispatched it. We’ll make a full refund or send again for cases like this.

Yes, please email us store@dvd-wholesale.com we’ll send the replacement or make a refund, no need to return.

No prob, we’ll take care of it upto 180 days, please email us store@dvd-wholesale.com for the replacement or other solutions.

We can provide our company’s invoice. However, we DO NOT guarantee it will pass Amazon.
